JAMMU, Sep 30: Cyber Police Jammu today produced charge sheet in Rs 19 lakh online cyber fraud case of issuance of Indian Oil petrol pump.
A case FIR Number 17/2021 u/s 66D IT Act, 420, 120 B of IPC stands registered in this connection at Cyber Police Station Jammu. The accused person has been identified as Parmod Devgan son of Ravi Devgan, resident of Gurgaon (Haryana).
As per SP Cyber Police, Naresh Singh, Inspector Vikram Sharma, the Investigating officer of the case after completing the investigation in time bound manner produced the charge sheet in court against Parmod Devgan. Next date of hearing has been fixed for 29 October 2021, he added.
