JAMMU, Oct 5: The Government has appointed 6 officers of the Jammu and Kashmir Prosecution Service as Public Prosecutor(s), Additional Public Prosecutor(s), Special Public Prosecutor(s) and Assistant Public Prosecutor(s).
According to the order, Sanjay Kohli has been appointed Additional PP in the Court of Fast Track Court, while Anil Mangotra as Special PP in the Court of 3rd Additional District and Sessions Judge Jammu (designated Court for NIA Cases) and Koushal Kumar Kotwal as PP in the Court of Principal District and Sessions Judge Udhampur.
Mohammad Syed was appointed as Assistant PP in the Courts of Chief Judicial Magistrate Rajouri, Special Mobile Magistrate Rajouri, District Mobile Magistrate (Traffic) Rajouri and Juvenile Justice Board Rajouri, while Mirza Zahid Khalil as Assistant PP in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Sopore and he will continue to conduct the prosecution of criminal cases in the Court of Additional Special Mobile Magistrate Chandoosa and Hasrat Parvaiz as Assistant PP in the Court of Sub Judge Surankote and he will continue to conduct the prosecution of the criminal cases in the Court of Additional Special Mobile Magistrate Surankote.
