JAMMU, Oct 7: Bagh-e-Bahu Police foiled bovines smuggling bids.
As per police sources, on reliable information, a team from Police Station Bagh-e-Bahu led by SHO Inspector Kirti Sharma under the supervision of SDPO City East Sajad Sarwer laid a naka and intercepted two trucks bearing registration numbers JK03C-4340 and JK02X-8999.
During checking, police team rescued 32 bovine animals from the vehicles.
Cases under FIR Numbers 83/2021 and 84/2021 under Sections 188 IPC and 3 PCA Act has been registered at Police Station Bagh-e-Bahu and investigation started.
