Counseling prog for civil service aspirants organized

Kargil, July 14: District Police Kargil under the chairmanship of SSP Kargil, Sujit Kumar today organized Career Counseling Programme in collaboration with Students Educational Movement Organization Kargil (SEMOK) to groom the civil service aspirants of the Kargil district.
The chief guest, SSP Kargil, Sujit Kumar, delivered a special lecture to the aspirants. He said one can become a policy maker after qualifying this exam and can change the policies for the betterment of the society.
During the special lecture he gave a compressive overview of civil service as a career option. He advised students on topics ranging from selection of optional methodology of study and efficient management of time. Sujit Kumar urged students to do “systematic” hard work to realize their civil service dreams. He said District Police Kargil will provide all the available facilities to students to prepare themselves for UPSC / Civil Service Exam.
He stressed upon the students to take more and more advantages from it. Sujit Kumar IPS said he will start special classes for UPSC / Civil Service aspirants on every Sunday at Police Conference Hall Baroo. He also thanked SEMOK for supporting District Police Kargil for organizing Career Counseling Programme.
DySp, Ishtyaq Ahmad Kacho and DySP, Headquarter Mohd Aslam while interacting with apprising the students of the varsity about the mantra of qualifying civil services examinations said before applying for the civil services, a student must be in right frame of mind and completely motivated about the subjects one has chosen.
