Rotary Club distributes oxygen concentrators, tabs

JAMMU, Oct 10: Rotary Club District 3070 under the aegis of Rotary India organised a programme to distribute the oxygen concentrators to Health Department and tabs among the children of martyrs of J&K Police, CRPF and BSF.
During the function, Rotary International President Shekhar Mehta was the chief guest, while RI Director Dr Mahesh Kotbagi, Dr Renu Sharma Director Health Services Jammu, Dr Ashok Bhan Retd DGP J&K, Divisional Commissioner Jammu Dr Raghav Langar and DIG Udhampur-Reasi Range Mohammad Suleman Choudhary were guests of honour.
On the occasion, Rotary International President Shekhar Mehta distributed around 80 oxygen concentrators to Health Department.
He along with other dignitaries also distributed 25 tabs among the children of martyrs of J&K Police, CRPF and BSF. ‘First in class’ programme was also introduced with the distribution of tablets among the children of martyrs. The tablets will provide them the lessons as per their subject chosen.
District Governor Dr US Ghai, District Governor Elect Dr Dushyant Choudhary, Ashok Gupta, Retd IGP, Sohail Kazmi, Sanjeev Vaid, members of all Rotary Clubs of Jammu and many others were present on the occasion.
