Excelsior Correspondent JAMMU, Oct 17: Dr Pinki Pargal, daughter of the soil, has been promoted as Head of the Department (HoD) of Plastic Surgery in CMC Ludhiana. Dr Pinki Pargal daughter of Chaman Lal Pargal of Gandhi Nagar did her MBBS and MS (Surgery) from GMC Jammu. She did her M.Ch (Plastic Surgery) from CMC Ludhiana and after completing her course joined there as Assistant Professor. Recently, she was promoted as Professor in the Department of Plastic Surgery. Now she has been promoted as HoD Plastic Surgery in CMC Ludhiana. Dr Pinki has expertise in microvascular surgeries, burns, cosmetic surgery, congenital anomalies like cleft lip & cleft palate patients, craniofacial injuries, hand injuries & trauma head & neck. It is pertinent to mention that very few institutions have the capability to treat such conditions and Christian Medical College & Hospital is pioneer in microvascular surgeries.
