Holiday on birth anniversary of Maharaja Hari Singh demanded

JAMMU, Oct 18: Yuva Rajput Sabha President Rajan Singh Happy lambasted the Central BJP Government and Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha for not declaring the holiday on September 23, the birth anniversary of Maharaja Hari Singh.
Talking to media, Rajan Singh said that if Government of J&K declare holiday on accession day 26th October then why the Government hesitate to declare holiday on September 23.
Due to the far sighted approach of Maharaja Hari Singh, Jammu and Kashmir is the integral part of India.It is a long pending demand of Yuva Rajput Sabha and especially the Dogra community to declare 23 September as gazetted holiday, he added.
Rajan Singh said within some days YRS will start something big against the local administration and the Government at centre, which includes the closures of all Tawi bridges which may continue till the demand is met.
Those who were present in the press conference were Rajinder Singh, Raghubir Singh, Surinder Singh, Rajveer Singh, Mukesh Singh, Rajeev Singh, Mandeep Singh, Vishal Singh, Sandeep Singh, Bhanu Partap Singh, Raghubir Singh Raghu, Sanjay Singh, Dilawar Singh and Tinu Langeh.
