NEW DELHI, July 17:The Supreme Court today dismissed the bail application of Hasan Ali who is facing allegations of money laundering and tax evasion.
Ali, who is in jail, is also facing allegations of helping politicians and industrialists to stash away huge sums of black money in foreign banks in secret bank accounts.
The apex court told the petitioner to approach Bombay High Court for bail.
Ali is facing allegations of evading income tax to the tune of Rs 40,000 crore.(UNI)
