JAMMU, Oct 30: A youth allegedly committed suicide by consuming some poisonous substance at his residence in Raipur Jagir area here.
The deceased was identified as Pinkoo Chowdhary (22), son of Mohan Lal, a resident of Raipur Jagir District Jammu. He was admitted in Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) Jammu on October 24 this year and breathed his last today evening.
The body of the deceased has been shifted to mortuary of GMCH Jammu for autopsy.
Pouni Chak Police has taken cognizance in this regard.
