JAMMU, July 20: A delegation of Durga Nagar Welfare Committee led by its president Roshan Lal Raina called on Chief Engineer M&RE and apprised him of the problems faced by residents of Chib Mohalla where 250 KVA transformer is not catering to the needs of the people.
It said due to increasing load the transformer gets damaged. It demanded that 250 KVA transformer be immediately replaced by 400 KVA transformer.
The delegation also met the Vice Chairman JDA, Satish Nehru and expressed gratitude for inviting tenders for construction of park at Durga Nagar.
Mr Raina made an appeal to Chief Engineer R&B and Executive Engineer R&B to complete the balance works in the area.
