JAMMU, July 20: KTM Jammu today announced the launch of highly anticipated KTM 390 Duke in Jammu. The bike was launched in an event held at newly opened exclusive KTM and Kawasaki dealership at Bye Pass Road.
On the occasion, the first customer to book this bike from Jammu was also handed over the keys by Minister for Horticulture and Housing Raman Bhalla.
The 390 Duke combines 43.5 Ps of serious power, 35 Nm of unmatched torque, agile handling and a host of premium features like ABS, Metzeler tyres, aluminum swing arm, aluminum alloy wheels and many more making it a powerful bike ideal for both racing as also city and highway rides. At 373.2cc, the 390 Duke would also be the first midsize sports bike in the country. It will be sold and serviced exclusively through 71 exclusive KTM showrooms and service centres for the premium motorcycles.
On the occasion of the launch, Akshay Mahajan and Sanjeev Mahajan, Directors of M/s KTM Jammu said that with its powerful engine, light weight and easy handling, the 390 Duke will be equally rewarding both for the professional rider and the enthusiasts. KTM is a sharply differentiated brand, which in a short span of time has become the largest selling premium motorcycle brand in India, they further said, adding that this position would be further strengthened with the launch of 390 Duke.
The KTM 390 Duke has been launched at an introductory price of Rs 1,87,786 ex-showroom Jammu. Also available for sale from the exclusive showroom would be the KTM 200 Duke and the Ninja 650 from the Kawasaki range. Bookings can be made at Jammu KTM sector -C Extension Sainik Colony, Bye Pass.
