KISHTWAR, Nov 6: The work on the prestigious Pakal Dul Hydro Power Project remained suspended for the 9 consecutive days.
However, a meeting conveyed by District Administration could not yield fruits as no body from AFCON Company attended the meeting.
Taking strong note, a show cause notice has been issued to the company and meeting has been rescheduled for 8th November.
Meanwhile, the Labour Unions have threatened to extend their agitation to other projects if issue is not resolved.
The work was stopped on 29 October after local workers protesting the hiring of labour from Punjab were allegedly cane charged by police at Dool.
