SRINAGAR, Nov 8: Senior leader and former MLA Shangus, Abdul Majid Mir today joined the People`s Democratic Party (PDP) along with his supporters.
Majid Mir was welcomed into the party fold by the PDP president, Mehbooba Mufti and Party general secretaries Ghulam Nabi Lone Hanjura and Dr Mehboob Beg.
Welcoming Advocate Khan into the party fold, PDP president expressed hope that his joining would provide a major fillip in strengthening the party at the grassroots.
