He urged the Government to release their pending incentives and demanded payment of Rs 10,000 as fixed wages as well as 50 percent bonus on incentives, providing them smart phones for reporting their activities and providing weightage of work experience in the recruitment of Nursing Orderly. He urged the Government for timely settlement of the issues and resolution of genuine demands.
Kesar said ASHAs work in rough terrains of rural areas tirelessly and selflessly, despite all the difficulties they are confronted with, but the Government has totally neglected them. These poor workers are without wages, resulting in immense hardships for them. They have to feed their families, but despite working hard, they are not paid their hard earned wages on time.
