JAMMU, Nov 16: A man attempted self immolation inside Labour Commissioner office here today.
As per police sources, a 50-year-old man identified as Kamal Kumar, son of Diwan Chand, a resident of Ward Number 5, Arnia, District Jammu poured petrol and attempted self immolation.
He received grievous injuries and was rushed to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), where his condition was stated to be critical when last reports came in.
Parade Police has taken cognizance in this regard.
