India, China and corruption

Sir,
Liu, 60, former Railway Minister of China was awarded suspended death sentence for taking 64.6 million Yuan as bribe between 1986 and 2011. The Presiding Judge, as per Chinese law on corruption ruled that taking all facts of the whole case and Liu’s relevant behaviour into consideration, during trial, the court holds that since he has confessed to his crimes and is willing to return the bribe-money alongwith interest on the sum, to the Govt. an immediate execution is not necessary. His death sentence is reduced to life-imprisonment.
Indian voter must declare that he or she would vote for only that party which promised to bring in a  legislation quite identical to that of China. Cadre based parties like CPI and CPI(M) or BJP can depute a group of leaders to China to learn from the Chinese investigation agencies and judiciary, in this respect.
Yours etc….
