KATHUA, Nov 23: District police Kathua today challaned 26 people who violated the Government order and a fine amounting to Rs. 8000 was collected as a penalty from them.
Police said that during the routine checking at various places it found 26 people violating the COVID SOPs and all of them were penalized for not adhering to COVID 19 guidelines.
