JAMMU, Nov 25: A man was crushed to death by a train here today, police sources said.
The incident occurred near the loco shed of Jammu Railway Station.
The man, aged between 50 to 55 years 55, died on the spot. His identity is being ascertained.
GRP officials rushed to the site following the incident and handed over the body to police.
After completion of all legal formalities, the body was shifted to mortuary of Government Medical College Hospital (GMCH) for post-mortem.
Having wheatish complexion, he was wearing printed shirt, khakhi sweater and khakhi jeans pent.
