JAMMU, Nov 26: Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has completed investigation into illegal/unauthorized constructions in green buffer areas of Patnitop and charge-sheet is in the process of finalization.
This was submitted before the Division Bench of the High Court comprising Chief Justice Pankaj Mithal and Justice Mohd Akram Chowdhary by Advocate Monika Kohli, counsel for the CBI when the PIL seeking demolition of the illegal/unauthorized buildings raised in green buffer areas of Patnitop came up for hearing.
‘The investigation pursuant to the FIR has been completed and that the charge sheet is in the process of finalization and shall be filed once the sanction is obtained for which papers have already been submitted”, Advocate Kohli said.
After hearing both the sides, DB fixed December 29, 2021 for hearing matter on merits finally.
