Srinagar, Dec 2: The Crime Branch Kashmir today produced a charge sheet in a case of forgery, fraud involving a man who allegedly provided fake appointment orders.
The CB said that the charge sheet was filed in a case FIR No. 15/2016 U/S 420, 467, 468, 471, 201 RPC of P/S CBK before the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Srinagar against the accused Abdul Hamid Dar, son of Late Sonaulla Dar from Kakavthal Kreei, Baramulla at present Chinar Colony, HMT Mustafabad Srinagar for providing fake and forged appointment orders purported to have been issued by the Chief Conservator of Forests to gullible people against monetary considerations.
“During the investigation, it was established that the accused prepared fake appointment orders and provided the same to one Rafakat Hussian Manhas son of Nazakat Hussain Manhas from Kamalkote, Uri, Baramulla and grabbed Rs 2 lakhs from him,” the CB said.
The CB said that the accused has also cheated and grabbed Rs. 3.50 lakh from one Tariq Ahmad Sofi son of Mohd Sultan Sofi from Arampora, Qamarwari for providing the Govt. job.
