SRINAGAR, July 28: A boy, Liyakat Ahmad Mir, 16, son of Bashir Ahmad Mir of Khahmowa, Baramulla, drowned in river Jehlum near Pather Masjid, Zaina Kadal, a police spokesman said. Liyakat was working in a Bakery shop at Fateh Kadal, he said.
