Kundal conferred Babu Parmanand National Award

JAMMU, Dec 12: Former J&K Minister, Y.P Kundal was conferred Babu Parmanand National Award 2021 at 37th All India Dalit Writer’s Conference in Burani, Delhi.
Kundal, a National Panthers Party (NPP) leader had long association with Babu Parmanand, former Governor of Haryana in whose memory this award has been instituted by Bhartiya Dalit Sahitya Akademy (BDSA).
The award was given to Kundal by Sang Priya Goutam, chief guest, a former Union Minister and a living legend who had worked with Dr. B.R Ambedkar.
The award presentation ceremony was joined by Prof. (Dr.) S.P Sumnakhashar, International President BDSA and witnessed by thousands of participants from across the country besides some delegates from abroad.
The ceremony was also joined by Dr. Vijay Bhagat Secretary J&K unit of BDSA with a delegation.
