JAMMU, July 30: Government today nominated Atal Dulloo, Commissioner/ Secretary, Department of Tourism and Culture as Nodal Officer for the single window clearance for considering grant of permission of film makers, both domestic and foreign, for shooting feature films, short films and TV programmes.
An order in this regard was issued by General Administration Department (GAD).
