JAMMU, Dec 22: A minor girl died in accident here today.
As per police sources, a girl namely Tulsi (4), daughter of Tan Sen Nisad, a resident of Chattisgarh, at present Vijay Nagar Camp Road Talab Tillo died after a mini-bus hit her near her residence.
After completing medical and legal formalities, the body of the deceased minor was handed over to legal heirs for last rites.
Acting swiftly, a team from Police Post Pouni Chak led by PSI Nitish Khajuria arrested the accused driver identified as Harpreet Singh was seized the vehicle.
A case under FIR Number 376/2021 had been registered at Police Station Domana and investigation started.
