SBI inaugurates branch at Ramgarh

MLA S.S Slathia inaugurating SBI branch at Ramgarh on Wednesday.

SAMBA, July 31: State Bank of India (SBI) today inaugurated its 162nd branch and 8th branch in at Ramgarh.
The branch was inaugurated by Surjit Singh Slathia, MLA and Former Minister for Industry and Commerce and Neeraj Vyas, General Manager, Network -III, Chandigarh Circle at Ramgarh in presence of other senior functionaries of the Bank including Ajit Kumar Jain, Deputy General Manager, Chand Ji Tiku, Regional Manager, RBO-III and others.
Speaking on the occasion, SS Slathia said that Bank has vital role in coming scenario as there should be close relation with Sarpanchs and Panchs for the implementation of Government schemes for the upliftment of the society.
Neeraj Vyas, General Manager stressed on the role of bank in the overall development of the rural areas and assured the gathering the timely disposal of credit proposals as pointed out by SS Slathia.
On the occasion, 28 Kissan Credit Cards (KCCs) were distributed among the farmers. Besides, 30 schools of Ramgarh province were provided with water filters under Corporate Social Responsibility scheme of bank.
Speaking on the occasion, AK Jain, Deputy General Manager said that the focus of the bank is to reach out every Indian and assured that Bank is and will provide world class banking facilities to the area.
Earlier, Chand Ji Tiku, Regional Manager, presented the welcome address, whereas in the end, Saniya Raina, Branch Manager, Ramgarh presented vote of thanks.
