RAJOURI, Dec 24: The police arrested a one person along with a consignment of 20 Ltr of illicit liquor in Chingus area today.
Police said that a team headed by I/C PP Chatyar Chingus, PSI Sahil Chowdhary under the supervision of SHO Rajouri, Fareed Ahmed intercepted a man at Dhanwan village of Rajouri who was indulged in sale of illicit liquor among locals.
Accused identified as Rakesh Kumar, son of Ram Lal, a resident of Dhanwan was arrested on the spot and 20 litres of illicit liquor was seized from his possession.
