BYS to celebrate Mahila Yog Diwas tomorrow

JAMMU, Dec 24: Bhartiya Yog Sansthan (BYS) is going to celebrate Mahila Yog Diwas in Jammu on December 26 by organizing a special program on ‘cancer in women’.
This was disclosed today by a spokesperson of the Sansthan while addressing a press conference. He informed that the pogarmme will have two sessions in which All India president of Bhartiya Yog Sansthan Des Raj will deliver a lecture on the topic ‘Management of cancer related problems in women with Yoga’. General secretary of the national body of the Sansthan Lalit Kumar will also grace the occasion.
He said that the main focus of the programme will be on causes of cancer, symptoms, precautions to be taken and cure through Yoga. Anybody can join the function free of cost, as the Sansthan charges no fees for the same. He said that the Yog Sansthan is a non sectarian, social, cultural and non-profit making organization, serving the humanity/aspirants both within and outside India for last 55 years.
BYS has dedicated itself to the cause of teaching Yoga to people, he said, adding, that Yoga is being taught daily free of cost at 120 Yog Kendras in and around Jammu.
She urged people, particularly women, to participate in the programme and avail benefits of Yoga.
