SAMBA, Dec 31: A road accident occurred at Mansar Morh near here, today on Jammu -Pathankot National Highway in which two tourists were reportedly injured. The accident occurred when a tourist car going from Jammu to Kathua collided with an Alto Car coming from the opposite direction near Mansar Morh, injuring two people including a woman in the vehicle.
The injured were taken to District Hospital Samba for treatment with the help of local people and police. Their condition is said to be stable. The injured have been identified as Kalpana Bhatt, wife of Jagmohan and Anil Kumar, son of Ram Krishna, both residents of Dehradun. After the accident, there was a jam-like situation on the Highway, which was smoothed out by the police. The police has registered a case in this regard and has started investigation.
