Warm send off accorded to retiring officers

JAMMU, Dec 31: Warm send off was accorded to retiring officers, working in different Government institutions.
After 40 years of dedicated service to the Government of Jammu and Kashmir on various fronts, Director General Hospitality and Protocol Hashmat Ali Khan was given a warm send-off today on his superannuation. Hashmat Ali Khan has held various important positions in different capacities during his illustrious career which include postings in Governor Secretariat, Chief Ministers’ Secretariat, Chief Secretary’s office and as Deputy Commissioner. On his retirement, each of his colleagues narrated his contribution for Hospitality and Protocol department. The employees at the Hospitality and Protocol department said they will never forget his contributions to the department.
Police Technical Training Institute (PTTI) Vijaypur today organized a farewell function upon achievement of superannuation of SI Romesh Kumar after completion of 41 years of unblemished service. Khalil Ahmed Poswal, SSP Principal PTTI Vijaypur as well as other officers of the Institute appreciated the services rendered by the retiree and wished him all the best for future life.
A warm farewell was accorded to Kuldeep Raj Sharma, Mushroom Development officer, Jammu who is proceeding on superannuation today after rendering services for more than 35 years. Director of Agriculture Production and Farmers Welfare Jammu, KK Sharma wished the retiring officer a very happy, healthy and prosperous post retirement life. Warm wishes were also extended to the officers of other districts including RC Sharma, ASCO, Udhampur, Vijay Kumar Johar, SMS III, Marh, Dr Bharat Bushan Gupta, PO Dry land, Jammu, Mohan Singh, SMS III Samba, SK Koul, SMS III, Ramban, Prem Chand, Chauffer, Karam Chand, Junior Foreman, ARE Jammu, Krishan Lal, Field Assistant, Samba, Varinder Kumar, Field Assistant, Doda, Baldev Raj, Helper, SMF Chinore who proceeded on superannuation today.
A farewell function was organized today by the Department of Horticulture, Jammu to give a warm send off to Gurdeep Singh Kapoor, Analyst, SALAL Jammu who attained superannuation today after rendering more than 36 years of service in the Horticulture Department. Director Horticulture Jammu Ram Savak and other officers and officials of the Horticulture Department wished the retiring officer a happy, healthy and prosperous post retirement life.
A farewell function was organized by the Jammu University SC/ST Employees Association today to bid adieu to M Section Officer Milkhi Ram, who retired today on attaining the age of superannuation. He served in the University for nearly forty years. Association President Kewal Krishan alongwith members presented to him gifts as a token of love and respect and wished him a happy and healthy life after retirement.
Warm send off was given to Sushama Rani, senior teacher of Government Model High School Palama by the staff members. She has rendered 37 years of meritorious service to the Education Department.
Warm send off accorded to retiring officers SI Abdul Rahman, ASI Krishan Chand and Follower Bhagat Ram on their superannuation in a function organized by District Police Reasi at District Police Office (DPO) Reasi. Speaking on the occasion, SSP Reasi Shailender Singh wished the retiring officers and officials a very happy and prosperous post retirement life. Surjeet Kumar Bhagat, Additional SP Reasi, Mumtaz Ali Bhatti, DySP DAR DPL Reasi, Iftkhar Ahmed, DySP Headquarters Reasi, besides family members and others officers and jawans of District Police Reasi attended the function.
On attaining the age of superannuation, Director ERA Jammu Ravinder Mansotra and Project Manager Abdul Wahid Khan were given a warm send off by JKERA. Speaking on the occasion, CEO ERA Dr Syed Abid Rasheed Shah recalled the dedicated services rendered by the retiring officers to the organization.
On superannuation of Er Darshan Magotra, engineers and other employees organized a function at PHE Convenience Hall Company Bagh Jammu. Darshan Magotra worked in different departments in the UT J&K for 40 years.
ZEO Office Mandi held an impressive function to bid farewell to outgoing ZEO Naseem Akther who got retired today after serving 40 years in the district in Education Department. Staff of Zonal Education Officer (ZEO) Mandi, teachers and clerical staff were present during the function, who enumerated various qualities of the official and extended their best wishes for his future life.
