UDHAMPUR, Dec 3: A young man was found hanging from a tree near the house of his in-laws at village Manjua in Jandror Panchayat of Ramnagar, here today.
Reports said that Sunil Dubey (26), son of Charan Das, resident of village Kanwa, Panchayat Dihari in Ramnagar, was found hanging from a tree under mysterious circumstances near the house of his in-laws.
The hanging body was spotted by some locals who informed the Police. A Police party from Ramnagar Police Station rushed to the spot and shifted the dead body to Ramnagar Hospital for the postmortem and other legal formalities.
According to family members of the deceased, Sunil Dubey was married 18 months back and he along with his wife had left home on January 1 for going to the house of in-laws. This morning, family members of the in-laws telephonically informed about the death of Sunil by hanging, they said appealed the Ramnagar police for fair investigation into the matter.
The police after completion of all the formalities and postmortem, handed over the body to family members. A case has been registered in this connection for further investigation.
