JAMMU, Aug 3: Drug and Food Control Organization suspended the operation of licenses of two medical firms for a period of one month and 7 days.
According to handout issued by Controller, Drugs and Food Control Organization, the operation of licenses of two medical firms namely M/s Suvitwar Medical Hall, Katra and M/s RK Medical Hall, Ramnagar has been suspended for a period of one month and 7 days.
The operation of licenses was suspended as the aforesaid medical firms had not maintained sale record of drugs containing habit forming ingredients.
The Licensing Authority has also cancelled the licence of M/s Vaishnavi Medial Hall, situated at Ban Ganga, Katra with immediate effect for similar contraventions.
