LUCKNOW, Jan 7:
Union Minister for Information, Sports and Youth Affairs Anurag Thakur on Friday attacked the Samajwadi Party, saying those who fired at ‘kar seveks’ in Ayodhya were now claiming they would have built the Ram temple within a year.
“The same people who ordered firing on Ram Bhakts and tried to take back the cases of terrorists are now talking about building a temple,” he said.
The Minister narrated the achievements of the last five years of the Yogi Adityanath and Narendra Modi Governments.
Thakur said Modi had provided a honest Government at the Center and Adityanath has done so in the state.
“Earlier there were two international airports in UP, now there are five… Now there is metro in five cities. Earlier there were only 15 medical colleges, today there are 60.”
Thakur said there was not even a trace of riots during the Adityanath Government in the last five years. (UNI)
