JAMMU, Jan 7: A delegation of All India Jammu and Kashmir Bank Officers Organization (AIJKBOO), Jammu, under the leadership of its president, Raghubir Jamwal, called on the newly appointed MD and CEO of J&K Bank Baldev Prakash on his maiden visit to Jammu after joining the bank at Srinagar, a few days ago.
The delegation of AIJKBOO apprised the MD & CEO about various issues of the bank and expressed full support to management for progressive growth of the bank under his new leadership with new business ideas having backing of new age policy framework.
The president of AIJKBOO apprised the MD and CEO that the officers organization has been stressing upon the management from its inception to introduce system driven transfer policy, carrier progression policy for timely promotions of staff and participatory approach of unions and staff for all inclusive growth and progress of bank and its workforce.
The delegation reposed its faith in the new MD and CEO and said that all efforts of AIJKBOO to bring in positive change for adoption of pro staff policy framework by the bank would certainly get benefitted by the incoming of new MD and CEO.
AIJKBOO greeted the MD and CEO in the primary financial institution of J&K by presenting him a Shawl and bouquet.
The delegation comprised of office bearers of AIJKBOO, including Sr Vice president Sunil Abrol, Vice Presidents Dewaker Bakerwal and Ravinder Jamwal, General Secretary Mukesh Kumar, Secretary Kulbir Slathia and Treasurer Vikas Khajuria.
