JAMMU, Jan 11: Two Independent Directors of J&K Bank have completed their tenure while one RBI appointed Additional Director has also ceased to be on the Board of the Bank.
According to official communiqués in this regard, Dr Rajeev Lochan Bishnoi and Monica Dhawan have completed their term as Independent Directors on the Board of the Bank and accordingly shall cease to be Director on the Board of the Bank with effect from January 11, 2022.
Similarly, Anil Kumar Misra has also ceased to be RBI appointed Additional Director on the Board of the Bank following Reserve Bank of India letter in this regard, dated January 4, 2022.
Two separate communications in this regard were forwarded by the J&K Bank Company Secretary to National Stock Exchange of India Ltd and the BSE Ltd for the information and appropriate dissemination.
