JAMMU, Jan 13: All India Backward Classes Union (AIBCU) alleged that the Government is not doing justice with the OBCs of the country regarding income slabs meant for creamy layer.
It was stated by office bearers of the Union during a meeting which was held under the leadership of its president, Abdul Majid Malik, wherein MR Bangotra, Balkar singh, Dr Aneesa Gul, Dhowkat Mughal and others leaders were present.
They alleged that the UPA Government raised the creamy layer of the community by sealing 6 lakhs to 8 lakhs in the year of 2017, but the present dispensation is deliberately depriving the community of their benefits.
“It can be gauged from this fact that after abrogation of the Article 370, the UT Government still has not implemented the Mandal Commission report so far, while the 10 percent reservation to Economic Weaker Section (EWS) got the presidential nod,” they mentioned.
