JAMMU, Jan 21: The Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs has appointed Ramesh Kumar Wattal (District Judge) as Special Judge, Anti-corruption , Jammu for exercising powers within the territorial jurisdiction of Court of Special Judge, Anti-corruption (CBI) cases), Jammu for trial of offences specified in Section 4 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.
The appointment has been made in exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and in partial modification of notification S.O. 119, dated 07-04-2021.
