RAMBAN, Jan 31: Two persons were injured after a vehicle rolled down near Shafapani area of tehsil Banihal on Jammu-Srinagar National Highway today morning.
The ill-fated vehicle bearing registration number JK20B-2818 was on its way to Jammu from Srinagar when the driver lost control over the vehicle and it rolled down into gorge near Shafapani area on Jammu-Srinagar National Highway, resulting into injuries to two persons.
After getting information, police team rushed to the spot and with the help of locals shifted the injured persons to Sub District Hospital (SDH) Banihal for treatment.
The injured were identified as Mohan Singh (driver), son of Ram Krishan and Kuldeep Singh, both residents of District Reasi.
A case under relevant Sections has been registered at Police Station Banihal and investigation started.
