Implement Modi’s vision on ground: Raina

JAMMU, Feb 5: Jammu & Kashmir Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) organized “Budget Pe Charcha” programme at party headquarter, here, today.
Party UT president, Ravinder Raina chaired the programme while Union Minister, Dr. Jitendra Singh was the main speaker. Prof. Prashant Kumar Jha and Prof Deepankar Gupta were the other speakers.
Former MP, Shamsher Singh Manhas, former Minister, Sat Sharma, former MLC, Ashok Khajuria, DDC Chairman, Bharat Bhushan and Mayor JMC, Chander Mohan Gupta were also present on the stage. BJP NEM & Headquarter Incharge, Priya Sethi conducted the proceedings.
This Budget is a Futuristic Budget which will place India on the top of the world and focuses on holistic development, tapping unexplored potential using technology, said Dr. Jitendra Singh in his address.

The Minister said that every budget presented by Modi Government till now has taken this nation forward. He said that this budget is of the next decade as understood by the world and this is also of next 25 years from year 2022 to 2047 when India would have already assumed the front line role. “For this we have to be ready for assuming the leadership role”.
He said that this budget aims to the use of unexplored sectors like chemical free farming, using drone Shakti for Start ups, sustainability of start-ups, roads construction, increase in Capex. He also said that Earth Science has been allocated major budget.
Dr. Jitendra Singh said that the Modi Government’s budget is a vision document which has inbuilt mechanism for economic liberalization. The budget presented is responsive, dynamic and forward looking, he added.
The Union Minister focused on the innovative start-ups by the youth giving example of Drone formation on 73rd Beating Retreat ceremony by the enthusiastic youth.
This budget is economy of ideas, innovation and technology, he said and focused on the job generating capacity of the present budget and said that this budget is not only of Economist but of a Statesman with a vision of future development.
Dr. Jitendra Singh said that this budget has abundant job creation avenues in itself. “New roads are being developed, highways constructed. Opportunities are much more in this budget than in government sector in every sector like in farming and other. He said that in Modi Ji’s leadership, India has emerged as the global leader. Now the world is ready to be led by India but now we have to be ready to lead the world”, he added.
This budget in next 25 years will place India as Vishav Neta, Vishav Murti Vishav Guru under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, he said.
Ravinder Raina lauding the Union Budget and complimented the resource persons for the useful insight on the budget. He said that the budget holds the key to Brand India. He prompted the intellectual persons present in the programme to take the highlights of this Budget in the society and create awareness for the useful implementation of the vision of Modi Government on the ground level. He also prompted them to ask the youth to take opportunity of this vision for the development of the Nation, society and themselves also.
Prof. Deepankar Sen Gupta in his address referred to the practical implementation and success of the last budget presented by Union Finance Minister, Nirmala Sitaraman. He said that the Indian economy showed the strong recovery pattern even after the two waves of COVID Pandemic. He said that the focus on strong Capex funding in this Budget will strengthen the wholesome process of production and utility also increasing the employability of the skilled youth as well as unskilled sector.
He said that there is strong policy for improving the economic structure of Indian villages and said that the Central Government has played its role well and now the State Governments have to do their roles in getting the gains of this budget. He said that this budget will boost the tourism, hospitality, agriculture, health structure, organic farming, digital culture etc.
Prashant Kumar Jha revisited the bullet points of the budget through a power point presentation explain the minute details of the packages, their inference and implications. He talked of promoting organic farming and clubbing it with modern technology. He said that the budget focuses on the digital learning, initiation of 200 educative channels and start-ups with innovative ideas catering the needs of the masses. He also explained the focus given on the all inclusive welfare stressing on the digital platforms like Telemedicine, Saksham Anganwadis, vibrant village programme, ease of living, ease of doing business etc.
Former MLAs, J&K BJP office bearers, councilors, heads of various social organizations, trade & industries, economists, lawyers, chartered accountants, Doctors, Cell convenors and other prominent Civil Society members participated in the programme. BJP Cells under leadership of BJP All Cell Incharge, Rakesh Mahajan and his team played an important role in organizing the event.
