JAMMU, Feb 7: Ek Sath Rang Mandal today staged a nukkad play ‘Aatam Vishwas’, written by Vijay Malla in its 456th Monday Theatre Series at Lakshmi Nagar Saraland, here.
An old man through his act along with other artists depicted the real meaning of self confidence (Aatam Vishwas)-a common saying “Khud Par Bharosa Karna’. He narrated that when a person commits a mistake or fails to achieve his goal then he/she will need his/her self confidence so that he/she can revive his/her confidence by trying again and again.
It is a universal fact that a common man is totally confused and worried about his existence and livelihood in the COVID restrictions, now is the time to show your self confidence which can definitely get you relaxed from depression, anxiety and failure, the artists depicted through their act.
“They should also learn how to judge others, their difficulties, worries and handicaps. For instance if you have mental health problems concentrate on positive notes, if you feel hopeless or worthless transform your thoughts, vision and strength,” the play described.
People appreciated the contents and theme of the play which was staged by actors including Dr Ripu Daman Parihar, Rahul Dev, Happy Munshi, Raju Mad and Vijay Malla.
