RAJOURI, Feb 12: Continuing its action against absconders, the police in Rajouri district nabbed an absconder who was wanted in a case registered 15 years ago.
Police said that a team from Kalakote Police Station headed by SHO, Deepak Pathania intercepted an absconder and arrested him.
The accused have been identified as Rekha Devi, wife of Prahlad Singh, resident of Bhatera, Kalakote who was wanted in case 32/2006 under sections 353, 332, 148 RPC but was evading arrest.
A local court had also issue arrest warrant against her in 2014.
