JAMMU, Feb 12: Nagrota and Satwari Police reunited a missing girl and a boy with their family members.
As per police sources, a minor girl was found roaming in the area under the jurisdiction of Police Station Nagrota.
On this police team led by SHO Inspector Vishav Pratap Singh under the supervision of SDPO Nagrota rushed to the spot and brought the minor girl to police station and provided her food.
After this, the police team with the help of CCTV cameras footages and other human aid found whereabouts of the minor girl.
Parents of the minor girl were informed thereafter and girl was handed over to her family members after completing legal formalities.
Meanwhile, a missing report was entered into the daily dairy of Police Station Satwari regarding missing of a boy namely Bilal Ahmad, son of Mir Hamza of Drabshalla District Kishtwar.
On this, a team from Police Station Satwari led by SHO Inspector Sameer Jeelani under the supervision of SDPO South Sachit Sharma was constituted.
The team did hectic efforts and with the help of technical aids traced the boy.
Family of the boy was informed and he was handed over to his family members after completing all the legal formalities.
