Form A forged by crusher owner using volatile ink

Jammu, Feb 14: Police in Gharota during patrolling today got inputs that one owner of the stone crusher namely Anuradha Gritz udyog along with his employees/drivers is using volatile ink to prepare forged Form A and using one Form A multiple times to gain wrongful profit and thereby causing loss to the Government exchequer.
On this, a Naka was laid at Dherwan Road and checking started for Form A of all the vehicles carrying minerals.
Police found two dumpers bearing registration no. JK02CR/6435 being driven by driver namely Shamsher Singh S/o Chand Singh R/o Barnai and Dumper bearing registration number JK02CB/6432 being driven by driver namely Chaman Lal S/o Jameet Ram R/o Keran Bantalab Jammu.
On checking, it was found that both the drivers produced Form A along with the GST bill and further checking by giving heat with match stick to form A the number of the dumper bearing no JK02CB/6432 disappeared which clearly indicate that the owner of the stone crusher along with his employees used volatile ink and prepared and used forged Form A to gain wrongful profit and causing loss to the Govt exchequer.
In this regard, a case FIR no 13/22 under Section 420/467/468/471/473 IPC was registered at Gharota Police Station under the supervision of SHO Khyati Maan Khajuria.
