POONCH, Feb 17: The police arrested two drug-peddlers and recovered some quantity of heroin from their possession in Mendhar area.
Official sources said that Mendhar police arrested two drug peddlers namely, Rajat Sharma, son of Chaman Lal Sharma, resident of Gohlad and Rameez Ahmed, son of Mohd Aziz resident of Ari, Mendhar and recovered 26 grams of heroin from them.
A case FIR No. 30/2022 u/s 8/21/22 NDPS Act was registered at Police Station Mendhar and investigation started.
