DODA, Feb 17: A gambler was arrested today with stake money by police station Bhaderwah.
Acting on the inputs about gamblers, a team of police station Bhaderwah headed by SHO police station Bhaderwah Inspector Jatinder Singh Rakwal and assisted by Probationary Sub Inspector Deepak Kumar, raided outskirts of Drudu and found 3 gamblers along with stake money and one deck of playing cards.
In this regard, cognizance was taken under Section 13 of Public Gambling Act by Bhaderwah police and the three accused got arrested. The arrested accused have been identified as Vinod Kumar son of Gambir Singh of Konda, Sandeep Kumar son of Chuni Lal of Dhrudu and Chain Singh son of Khem Raj of Naota (Bhaderwah).
