REASI, Feb 18: Demanding online mode of examination, the students of General Zorawar Singh Degree College Reasi today staged a dharna in front of the college’s main gate, here today.
The protesting students said that since classes were conducted in online mode, which has its own set of limitations, their exams should also follow the same procedure and must be conducted in virtual mode.
The students raised slogans in support of their demand and said: “We want our examinations to be held in online mode.
Pertinent to mention that after the interruptions caused by the third wave of Covid pandemic, physical classes in colleges have resumed across J&K in compliance with the safety protocols laid down by the UT administration.
Later on, Principal of the College came and pacified the students after which the protesters dispersed off peacefully.
