JAMMU, Feb 27: A Border Security Force (BSF) Head Constable died under mysterious circumstances in his battalion in Indreshwar Nagar of Gadigarh, police sources said.
The deceased was identified as Darshan Singh, son of late Bishan Singh of Arya Nagar Gurdaspur Punjab. He was posted in 98 Battalion BSF stationed at Indreshwar Nagar of Gadigarh in District Jammu.
After completing medical and legal formalities, the body of the deceased was handed over to BSF authorities.
Gadigarh Police has taken cognizance in this regard.
