DRASS, Feb 28: A massive fire broke out near Sub-District Hospital Drass in the market due to short circuit.
Two tea restaurants, one shop and few rooms were caught the fire after which Army Brigade in Drass was contacted which immediately swung into action under the supervision of Brigadier B.S Multani, Commander 56 Brigade.
The operation was launched by Lt. Col. Saurabh Gupta, AQ of the Brigade and Jawans of Fire Fighting Party helped in dousing the blaze without caring for their safety.
