JAMMU, June 6: District Sessions Judge will deal with emergent criminal matters of Jammu district during summer vacation from June 16, 2012 to June 30, 2012.
According to an order issued by Principal District and Sessions Judge Jammu, Jang Bahadur Singh Jamwal, Subash Chander Gupta 2nd Additional Sessions Judge Jammu will hold the Court from June 16, 2012 to June 23, 2012 whereas R N Wattal, Additional Sessions Judge Jammu will hold the Court from June 24, 2012 to June 30, 2012.
Meanwhile, CJM Jammu, Jatinder Singh Jamwal nominated three Judicial Magistrates to function as Duty Magistrates during the summer vacation dealing with emergent criminal cases of Jammu district.
Abdul Nasir, City Judge Jammu will hold the Court from June 16, 2012 to June 20, 2012, Manjeet Rai, Sub-Registrar Jammu will hold the Court from June 21, 2012 to June 25, 2012 and Vijay Singh Manhas, Special Passenger Tax Magistrate will hold the Court from June 26,2012 to June 30, 2012.
