Arvind elected as ABVP State President, Mukesh as State Secy

JAMMU, Mar 2: Dr Arvind Parkash Singh (left) and Mukesh Manhas (right) have been elected unopposed as State President and State Secretary, respectively of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) Jammu Kashmir for the year 2021-22.
According to a statement issued in this regard by the Election Officer Pawan Sharma from the State Office of ABVP, the tenure of both the office bearers will be of one year and they will assume their responsibility during the 57th State Conference of ABVP, scheduled to be held in Katra on 04th & 05th March 2022.
Dr Arvind Parkash Singh hails from Jammu. He completed his PhD in Agronomy. Presently, he is working as a Senior Scientist at Agriculture University, Jammu. He has published more than 60 research papers in journals of international.
Since 2013, he is active as a Teacher Karyakarta while serving as City President, State Incharge Agrivision and State Vice-President. He has been elected as the State President of ABVP for this session (2021-22).
Mukesh Manhas hails from Assar village of Doda District and is in contact with ABVP since 2015. He completed his MBA at Central University Jammu. After serving as College Secretary, College President, District Convener, he was re-elected as State Secretary of ABVP Jammu Kashmir for the session 2021-22.
