JAMMU, Mar 4: Consequent upon the approval of the Chief Justice to the recommendations of the Committee for Appointment and Promotion of officials and officers of High Court staff, seven High Court staff members have been promoted.
According to the order, Ajay Sharma Deputy Registrar has been promoted as Joint Registrar (Administration), Shabir Ahmad Baqal, Assistant Registrar-I promoted as Deputy Registrar and Syed Shamim Ahmad, Assistant Registrar-II promoted as Assistant Registrar-I.
Bashir Ahmed Baig, Head Assistant has been promoted as Section Officer, Bilal Ahmad Wani Head Assistant promoted as Court Officer and Reyaz Ahmad Bhat and Rakesh Kumar, Senior Assistants have been promoted as Head Assistants against the post fallen vacant due to the promotions of Bashir Ahmad Baig Head Assistant as Section Officer and Bilal Ahmad Wani Head Assistant as Court Officer respectively.
